Hi all,
Firstly, a big Thank you for the effort so far in getting the store ready to trade again. We are on track, and after one final push from everyone tomorrow, we will be ready to open the doors and show off our store to our customers again. This has been a Team effort, and there has been plenty of Honking! (Those of you wondering what I’m talking about….ask one of your colleagues that attended the training sessions we held). A couple of things for Friday.
- All of your Team Member Id passwords expired while we were closed. Please log in to a register tomorrow if you are rostered, or as soon as you arrive for your next shift as you will need to change your password. All your temporary passwords are 6767.
-Remember, the next few days are a chance for us to show off our store all over again. we want to make a great first impression with our Customers so please take the time to ensure you all look your best. Professional Block Black and White for our Myer Team, and all of us well groomed, tidy, and well presented.
- We WILL be busy! With the offers we have, we are expecting a lot of customers through the Store over the first few days. Please remember everything we talked about in training…..M.A.N, and WOQ. Be genuine, be excited, enjoy having our Customers back and give them the type of service that has them raving about us….and remember, keep safe!
